Federal Government Contractor Requirements
BE IT RESOLVED that the federal government require private contractors benefiting from government contracts to base their headquarters in the U.S.; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said contractors be free from felony or other criminal convictions for at least ten (10) years; and
BE IF FINALLY RESOLVED that said contractors have a majority of their profit-making activities carried out in the U.S.
