  • That environmental and economic policy must be developed jointly so that a healthy environment can be maintained to support a future healthy economy;
  • Withdrawing from the WTO, NAFTA, and CAFTA and replacing those agreements with fair trade agreements that promote workers rights and the environment of all countries involved;
  • Companies and nations doing business in or with the U.S. shall be required to adhere to the International Labor Organization Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work;
  • Requiring private contractors who benefit from government contracts to have their headquarters in the U.S., to have been free from felony or other criminal convictions for at least ten years, and to have a majority of their profit-making production carried out in the U.S.;
  • Balanced foreign trade (no trade deficits);
